When it comes to chocolate addiction,
chocoholics usually find the best of intentions get thrown out the window.

No matter how hard you 'put your foot down',
the chocolate usually finds some way to convince you to eat more.

Anybody who experiences cravings for any substance finds
that simply trying not to eat it falls short of what is required to quit successfully.

This is because this 'decision' is made at a conscious level whereas the chocolate addiction is being driven unconsciously.

What you need is a boost to your unconscious determination so that the desire
to remain free of chocolate addiction becomes stronger than the desire to eat chocolate.

Some ways I found on the net:
-One word: self-control.

-It's the sugar. Try cutting out processed sugar from your diet.
The first week or two is tough, but then you'll find you don't crave it any longer.

-Or...try having a small amount of dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate.
It's a lot healthier for you, and your body will be happier with smaller amounts.

-Maybe, chocolate is an addiction you just cant get rid of!
